Dr. Ge Chen is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Purdue ECE, working with Prof. Junjie Qin. Before joining Purdue, he completed his Ph.D. in Electric and Computer Engineering in 2023 at the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, University of Macau, under the supervision of Prof. Yonghua Song and Prof. Hongcai Zhang. His research interests include power system optimization, transportation electrification, and deep learning applications in complex systems. He has (co)authored more than 20 papers. He is awarded the “Scientific and Technological R&D Award for Postgraduates” by FDCT, Macao, China.
Dr. Ge Chen serves as reviewer for many international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy, etc.
